Dr. David Virtue is the Taft B. Botner Distinguished Professor of Middle Grades Education at Western Carolina University. He serves as editor of AMLE’s research journal, Research in Middle Level Education Online, editor of the AMLE Innovations in Middle Level Education book series, and creator and co-host of the AMLE Research-to-Practice Podcast series.
