Join us on Wednesday, March 19th, from 8am – 2pm for our Annual Conference at Brookdale Community College! BCC is Located right off exit 109 on the Garden State Parkway in Lincroft, NJ.
This year’s conference theme is “Cultivating the Middle: Growing Middle Level Education in the Garden State!” We will have a wonderful day together learning, connecting, and collaborating as we aim to create learning environments for students that are Responsive, Challenging, Empowering, Equitable, and Engaging.

Interested in presenting? Submit a proposal! Submissions due by Sunday, December 15th (You will be notified by early January). *You may submit multiple submissions for different session topics. Presenter #1 receives a free conference registration.

NJAMLE is excited to announce Thomas C. Murray as our 2025 conference keynote speaker! Thomas C. Murray is an educator, best-selling author, and speaker who serves as the Director of Innovation for Future Ready Schools®.
The past few years have brought uncertainty at every turn, creating significant anxiety and a loss of sleep for all educators, especially classroom teachers. As we work to create extraordinary learning experiences for kids, how can we create a culture where both students and our colleagues can not only survive, but thrive? Grounded in relationships, cultures of empathy and joy respect the hidden stories within each individual and are learner-centered by design. Regardless of what happens outside our school walls, together, we can work to create meaningful opportunities for those we serve when we hyper-focus on the things that matter most. Join award-winning former middle-level educator, Thomas C. Murray, for this fun and interactive keynote. The work is hard, but our kids are worth it!
